About every couple of years I get hit with a case of gout in my left foot. I began noticing it on Sunday and by today – when I couldn’t hide the limping from my wife any longer – told her about it. We went to the doctor and picked up some medication, but it will probably keep me sidelined for several more days before I can get back to training.
