The award has very simple rules:

Liebster Award
Liebster means “dearest” in German. I would like to pass the award on to some blogs that I really enjoy reading and I bet you will too. 
1. 2 Brown Dawgs Blog- The escapades of 2 Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Storm and Thunder. In following their hunting, training, testing and general escapades, these guys almost seem like family. If you want to see a lot of great Chessy photos and learn a lot about retriever training, this is the place to go.
2. Wildchow – Recipes for wild food and more! You can never have too many recipes. Lisa not only posts great recipes and ideas, but her blog is just darn fun to read.
3. Grouse Hunting Dogs – If you want to see some beautiful country and beautiful setters in action, through the eyes of a journalist and photographer, I highly recommend recommend Bente Haarstad Photography and his blog.
4. Dancing on a Blade of Grass – I really enjoy reading this blog, not only for the great posts and photos, but also because their Spinoni pup bears a striking resemblance to Mia.
5. Scott Linden Outdoors – Birds, dogs, shotguns, and clays. Ya got a problem with that? Okay, so Scott’s blog followers are way over the 200 limit, but he’s got a great blog and I highly recommend it. We’ve been long-distance acquaintances for several years now, and I never miss an episode of Wingshooting USA – even our dogs watch his show from time to time, so I hope they’re learning something from it!

I was amazed to see that you read my humble little blog.
Kizzy, our Italian Spinone is not used for hunting, but is kept solely as a pet.
I’ve also had, in the past, 2 English Setters …
Now I’m wondering how you found me!
Will certainly add you to my blog list and watch with interest.
Yes your Mia certainly looks like our Kizzy (who is now 8 months old)
