Lilly turns a year old. She’s really outgrown the Labs.
Happy Birthday to Lilly who turns a year old, our youngest daughter dropped by for an early Christmas and brought Lilly with her. We fostered Lilly for about 3 months and then she came camping with us in July, so she knew everyone and they all got along well.
Even so, we weren’t sure how Mia and Elettra would react to her high energy with them being in heat and all, so we introduced them one at a time. Acquaintances renewed, Elvis took to playing with her in the back yard. After Lilly had calmed down just a hair, we introduced Doc.He was at first intimidated by her size but that didn’t last long (Lilly: 83 lbs, Doc: 43 lbs).
Doc and Lilly rough housed for the better part of an hour before we put them to bed, and then were at it again first thing in the morning. They wrestled for about an hour and a half nonstop before wearing out, but it was some exercise that they both needed. Meanwhile, Elettra finds her own special position.
Elettra finds her own special position in seeking relief from being in heat.
